Are you an installer or designer that adds landscape lighting to your everyday business? If so, then we want you to be a part of our business. If you are an architect, designer, electrician, pond builder, deck builder, landscaper, irrigation contractor, or other green industry professional then you may qualify for a wholesale account.
Profitable relationships with Lighting Contractors is what makes Structure & Tree Outdoor Lighting™ a successful brand. That's why we offer two types of accounts. We offer standard discounted rates for all installers or you can apply and train to become an exclusive Structure & Tree™ Lighting Pro.
Select contractors will get exclusive pricing and rights to a territory range. Our Structure & Tree™ Lighting Pros will receive much deeper discounts, referrals, and materials to help both of our businesses succeed. Our lighting products and systems are some of the best in the industry, but we need top-quality Contractors to design, install and maintain those systems to ensure outstanding results for our clients. Does your company service clients who can afford and appreciate quality? Do you have an internal Lighting Champion who can commit to making Structure & Tree Outdoor Lighting™ a consistent part of your business offerings? Fixtures aren't working
When troubleshooting fixtures that are not working, there are a few steps you can take:
1. Check the power source: Ensure that the fixture is properly connected to a power source and that the power supply is functioning correctly. Check for any tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
2. Inspect the wiring: Examine the wiring connections to make sure they are secure and properly connected. Look for any signs of damage or loose connections that may be causing the issue.
3. Test the voltage: Use a volt meter to check the voltage at the fixture. Make sure it matches the recommended voltage range specified by the manufacturer. If the voltage is too high or too low, it could be the cause of the problem.
4. Replace or repair faulty LEDs: If you have determined that the LED lights are the issue, check if they are still under warranty. Contact the manufacturer for assistance with replacements or repairs.
5. Check for recent changes or additions: If the system was working before but stopped after recent changes or additions, inspect those areas for any potential issues. Look for cut or damaged wires, loose connections, or any other factors that may have caused the problem.
